Yonghong has gradually developed since 1997 and established Yonghong Machinery Group Co., Ltd. in 2020, mainly engaged in the research and development, production, operation, and export of casting equipment.

The group controls and operates five enterprises, including Zhangwu Yonghong Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd., Zhangwu Yonghong Silica Sand Technology Co., Ltd., Zhangwu Yonghong Metal Technology Co., Ltd., Hebei Baoqing Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd., and Ya'an Yonghong Casting Machinery Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of 50 million yuan and a total land area of 1500 acres. The group currently has more than 1200 employees, including 260 professional and technical personnel, including 12 senior professional title personnel and 36 intermediate professional title personnel.

The headquarters of the company's intelligent casting equipment consists of seven units: R&D center, remote intelligent operation and maintenance center, shot blasting machine manufacturing center, vertical parting molding machine manufacturing center, horizontal molding machine manufacturing center, intelligent sand processing center, and machining center.

Our main products include boxless injection molding vertical molding lines and auxiliary lines, horizontal parting molding lines, sand processing equipment, post-treatment equipment, dust removal and environmental protection equipment, fully automatic bottom injection casting machines, castings and wear-resistant parts, metal abrasives, intelligent three-dimensional warehousing, material handling equipment, etc. We also undertake casting project design and construction, as well as casting equipment upgrade business. Our products are exported to international markets such as the United States, Japan, South Korea, Vietnam, Iran, and Indonesia.

The company attaches great importance to scientific and technological research and development work, with high-level research and development capabilities and rich practical experience. The professional level of the research team is in a leading position in the national casting equipment industry. The independently developed YH500 high-speed intelligent vertical parting molding machine, YADJ-0 fully automatic bottom injection casting machine, and CSE500 core laying machine have been appraised by the service center, and the achievement level has reached international advanced level.
